    Ankle-supported heel, avoid wedge heels, or block heel.

    💬 What should I wear?
    Anything that makes you feel confident and comfortable to move—Avoid anything too revealing or that might restrict movement.

    💬 What should I bring?
    Just yourself, a water bottle, towel and heels.

    💬 Do I have to bring my own heels?
    Yes! We don’t provide heels, so bring a pair that you feel comfortable in.

    💬 Can I come alone, or should I bring a friend?
    Come solo or bring your friends—just make sure you guys all book.
